Kristen has over 15 years of executive recruiting experience, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development. She joined The Christopher Group as a Recruiting Manager in 2021. Kristen’s focus is on filling Human Resources executive roles nationwide. She has a strong background in the manufacturing, logistics, aviation, and healthcare industries.

Kristen graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a minor in Health Administration from Rider University. She went on to obtain her MBA from The University of Phoenix before obtaining her SHRM-CP. Kristen is also a Predictive Index Certified Practitioner. Kristen resides in beautiful Naples, FL with her partner, Josh, and her three children, Dylan, Jenna, and Meadow.
