Kathleen Pilon

Chief Administrative Officer

Kathleen Pilon joined Robin Judson Partners as the Chief Administrative Officer in 2011. Kathy plays a vital role on the team, handling day-to-day office management, financials and human resources. Previously, Kathy worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO/Founder of a hedge fund of funds, as an Administrative Manager at a luxury construction firm and in an IT recruiting firm in New York City.

Kathy began her career at IBM, where she spent 25 years and advanced from an administrative assistant to first- and second-line management positions. While at IBM, Kathy worked globally, supporting its administrative and management marketing, finance and Latin America divisions. She was hand-picked to serve on the exclusive team that developed and taught a leadership and teaming seminar throughout the United States.

Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Elizabethtown College. Kathy is a certified Myers-Briggs instructor.
