Katherine Prokop

Katherine is a Managing Director on the Administrative/Support team. Katherine brings over 10 years of in-house and agency recruiting experience working at top-tier financial firms.

Katherine began her career as a Human Resources Analyst at Bear Stearns working in Fixed Income Recruiting and then joined J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Campus Recruiting Coordinator. After J.P. Morgan, Katherine worked as an HR Associate at Apax Partners. Prior to joining Aster Talent, Katherine spent 7 years working at at another search firm conducting Administrative searches across all levels.

Katherine holds her BA in Communications from Villanova University. Outside of the office, Katherine loves to spend time with family and friends. With her husband and three young boys, her house is full of energy and loud. Katherine enjoys playing tennis with friends and taking exercise classes on the weekends. She loves interior design and hunting for treasures at local antique stores and online.
