Bari Dunphy

Bari has over 20 years of in-house and agency experience working with top-tier financial firms in the Human Capital space. She has partnered with many top Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds and Boutique Investment Banks.

Prior to pursuing a career in executive search, Bari spent four years at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking division, where she managed recruiting, training and performance evaluation for the Investment Banking Analyst program. She began her executive search career at a global firm, where she focused on placing Human Capital roles at a variety of financial firms and was also the co-head of the firm’s internal hiring group. Bari then worked at a New York based boutique search firm, where she was part of the pre-MBA team placing Analysts on the buy-side. Over the last decade she has solely focused on placing Human Resources talent on the buy side.

Bari holds a BA in Psychology from William Paterson University. She currently resides in Maplewood, NJ with her husband and two young daughters. In her free time, she enjoys sleeping and watching The Bachelor. (WHAT FREE TIME??)
