John Brennan

John is a Managing Director at Charles Sterling Group. John manages strategic partnerships with leading financial services firms with businesses that focus on capital markets, asset management, wealth management, commercial banking, insurance and alternative investments.

Functionally, John leads and executes engagements across his client’s corporate infrastructure including, accounting, finance, corporate strategy, treasury, internal audit and risk management. John joined the Charles Sterling Group early in its inception and has been integral in supporting the Founders with the strategic growth and development of the firm.

Before joining Charles Sterling Group, John was a Regional Director with a global search organization. In this role, he was responsible for business development and search management within their Accounting and Finance practice. He was also a key contributor to the early development of a national financial consulting business within this organization. Prior to working in executive search, John held positions with Fidelity Investments, Comcast and Arthur Andersen.

John holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
