Jeremy Gnozzo founded SSG in 2002 in beautiful Buffalo, NY! With a number of years of experience in the recruiting industry, his expertise originated in the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Sales industries. For more than ten years, Jeremy worked on Retained and Contingency Searches across the United States with Fortune 1000 companies, as well as medium and large public and private companies. Jeremy was recognized multiple times as a top 5 headhunter in the nation. Search Solution Group became incorporated in 2005 and continues to grow today. Jeremy currently manages all executive operations including all the executive staff in Charlotte while also holding responsibility for the Area Directors in all of our outside markets.
