Aaron Curley is the Senior Director of Training & Process Improvement and he works in the Charlotte office. From the time he started in 2013, Aaron has seen the growth of the company and has developed into a hardworking and dedicated leader. He’s always willing to help out whenever and wherever he’s needed, and serves as a great role model for the recruitment team. He’s also played a vital role in developing the executive division of our company and takes pride in finding the right fit for impactful roles. Aaron enjoys getting to build relationships with our recruiters here as well as with high-level professionals across industries.
