Jennifer is responsible for developing Pantheon Leadership, Per Ardua Associates’ Leadership Advisory business – from Board and CEO services to executive development and assessment.
Prior to Per Ardua Associates, Jennifer began her career in wealth management and has held Director and Executive level appointments in both global consultancy and industry roles. She combines her business leadership experience with a specialist consultancy discipline of organisational transformation, leadership and change and is an experienced executive level coach for individuals and teams.
Previously, Jennifer has worked with organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, Willis Towers Watson, QBE, Moneysupermarket Group, Alstom, EDS / HP and the MoD. Her main industry experience is in financial services, digital and infrastructure, usually with a global feel, having led and delivered cultural change programmes in Australia, India and Europe simultaneously. Her particular advisory focus is on change and adaptability with senior executives, bringing in practical neuroscience-based and stakeholder-led approaches where appropriate.
Jennifer holds degrees in International Business and French from Aston University and Financial Services from the University of Manchester. Her suite of coaching qualifications have been gained in executive, stakeholder (Marshall Goldsmith), workplace and leadership coaching (all ICF accredited) and she is a certified practitioner of evidence-based diagnostic tools such as Hogan, MLQ360, GLA360 and TotalSDI. She is also a TEDx speaker on executive adaptability.
