Geoff brings over 15 years of executive search experience to his role as partner at Acertitude, having served leading private equity and public clients across the consumer, industrial, and technology industries. He delivers results on executive searches across these industries through his solid grasp of developing outcome-focused Scorecards and aligning stakeholders on the skills, experiences, and competencies required to lead transformations.
Geoff is skilled at managing complexity and change, having built leadership teams for businesses in a state of transition such as a turnaround or restructuring, crisis management, start-up, or high-growth situation. To that end, he recruits game-changing CEOs andC-level talent to lead operations, finance, general management, sales, and HR/administration.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Geoff was managing director with Acertitude’s affiliates O’Neill Consulting and TEG Consulting.
Previously, he spent two years as executive recruiting leader at Red Hat, a multinational software provider of open source solutions, where he built the internal executive search function.
His introduction to retained executive search began as a staffing manager with Robert Half International.
Geoff earned a M.A., Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University and a B.A., Political Science from Providence College.
