Erin Harrington

Erin comes to Creative Talent Endeavors with 10 years of experience in recruiting for both in-house and agency environments for Fortune 500, hyper-growth startups, and award-winning advertising agencies — coupled with a background in marketing and advertising for the retail industry. Always curious – she enjoys learning as much as possible about each client’s business as well as her candidates’ goals. Since starting at CTE, she has led multiple successful searches, including early placements for multiple People and Talent Acquisition senior leadership positions. With her background in the marketing and creative spaces, Erin manages many of the firm’s engagements in those functions.

Erin graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors and exploring her new home: Park City.
