Before joining the world of Executive Search, he spent 28 years trading derivatives and managing sales desks in 2 Investment Banks where his interest in software began with financial technology. After the City, he joined a scale-up software company selling a Microsoft-related B2B product, helping them to grow global partnerships and increase revenue. Since joining in 2020, Duncan has successfully provided Ezekia’s CRM/ATS solution to Executive Search Firms, Private Equity Groups, and Inhouse Talent Acquisition Teams.
