As practice leader, Deena focuses on partnering with great organizations talent needs in the Business Analytics and Marketing arenas as well as aiding in the Human Capital solutions for the firm’s existing client relationships.

Prior to joining Connor|Caitlin, Deena led the Training & Development initiatives for a $1BN service business, keenly focused on growth and development of people, teams and leaders.
