A certified HR Professional with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, Bob is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Strategic Human Resources and Service Excellence Programs. A Decorated Veteran of the Persian Gulf War, Bob is a certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach and an active member of SHRM National.
