Christine Santiago

In addition to providing recruitment services and organizational development for our clients, Christine Santiago actively collaborates and assists in our continuous improvement program for our entire ADK team, improving communication and outstanding service to our clients.

Christine Santiago joined ADK in 2019, bringing more than twenty years of experience in the airport industry. She initially worked in human resources and then expanded her role to safety and risk management for Clark County Department of Aviation in Las Vegas, Nevada. The aviation department oversees Harry Reid International, a top 10 large hub airport, and four general aviation facilities. As a member of the executive team for Clark County Department of Aviation, she oversaw a variety of functions ranging from employment, labor relations, compensation and wellness as well as safety and risk management.

Christine has been an active member of the ACI HR Steering group since its formalization over ten years ago. She served as the Chair of the committee and participated in the planning and presentation of the ACI World Human Resource forum in Montreal and more recently the upcoming ACI-NA Business of Airports. Christine holds the designation of SHRM-SCP. In 2021, Christine was appointed to the Nevada Human Resources Commission. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Assistance League of Las Vegas, a not-for-profit that supports children in the community.

A native of Canada, Christine, graduated from St. Joseph’s School of Nursing in Toronto and later attended the University of LaVerne.

Christine lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and in her free time Christine enjoys traveling and volunteering in the community. She has recently become a passionate student of stone carving.
