Brian leads the firm’s aerospace, defense, & government services practice, is a key member of the financial officers practice, and leads the Northern VA office.
With over two decades of search, selection, and leadership advisory experience, Brian is well known for his passion and commitment to delivering successful, retainer-based solutions to boards, sponsors and C-suite executives across aerospace, government services & security, business services, and technology. Brian is frequently leveraged to address a variety of business challenges for his clients including succession planning, market expansion, increased profitability, and acquisitions or integrations. Brian is also a member of the firm’s Technology and Private Equity practices.
Brian has completed over 500 executive searches for clients ranging from rapid-growth PE portfolio companies, to globally integrated companies. His experience spans all functional areas but has a core focus on financial officers, business development & strategy, operations, and human resources. Brian has a passion for aligning the executive talent his clients need to drive the creation of new enterprise value. Prior to joining the firm to help grow the Northern VA office, Brian held leadership roles with mid-tier and boutique retained search firms and led talent acquisition for a publicly-traded technology company.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree from Towson University and received an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Loyola University in Maryland. Brian is a member of ACG, AFCEA, AUSA, AIAA, HIMSS, NVTC & PSC.
