Art Davidson

After 23 years in Human Resources with General Motors, Tenneco, White Motor, and Midland Russ, Art began his executive search career with Spencer Stuart in 1986. He has extensive experience conducting searches in senior general and senior functional management, as well as board of director assignments. Prior to joining Comhar Advisors as a Managing Director, Art spent time with Lamalie Associates before founding and managing his own search firm.

Art has spent over 30 years in senior-level executive search. His practice focus has been in the manufacturing, engineering and aviation sectors and has spanned all functional disciplines, including all “C” level positions, as well as, General and Plant Management placements. As a result of having been an expatriate, his assignments have included a significant international component.

Art holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR) and has served on the board of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).
