Angela Goehl

Angela Goehl brings over fifteen years of diverse experience to JDG Associates. She has worked in a variety of roles (academia, non-profit, federal government, and the legal profession).

Most recently, Angela was a Career Advisor in the Office of Career and Professional Development at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. In this role, Angela worked with attorneys and law students to develop career marketing and job search strategies while also partnering with employers to identify the best legal talent within the law school.

Prior to entering the field of legal career services, Angela was an attorney in a campaign finance and election law firm where she represented a major political party, non-profit organizations, political advocacy groups and litigation clients.

After working at the Federal Election Commission and as Associate Corporation Counsel for the American Cancer Society, Angela brings the value of problem-solving, relationship building and strong communication skills to aid her clients in their unique searches. She is well-versed in the areas of government affairs, nonprofit management, fundraising, and recruitment of high-level executives and attorneys in the federal government, associations, nonprofits and the private sector.

Angela received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science cum laude from Western Illinois University and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
