Alison Marshall


Alison Marshall joined JDG in 2010. For more than twenty years, she has performed national and local searches for senior-level executives, scientists and information technology professionals in a variety of disciplines, along with individuals in classified environments.

Clients include federal, state and local government agencies, Fortune 1000 corporations, as well as start-up companies, consulting organizations, and research institutions. In 2004, Alison opened her own firm, Government Sales Force (GSF). Clients, both U.S. and foreign entities, hired GSF to increase their market share in the government space and introduce their technology products and services to government agencies.

Her team of federal business development experts averaged more than 16 years of successful sales experience. In Alison’s earlier career, she taught in public and private high schools in Montgomery County, Maryland. She earned her B.A. in Education from Stetson University.
