Ajay Mallapurkar
Co-founder & Chairman, Recruit CRM
Ajay is the Co-founder & Chairman of Recruit CRM and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the military, recruitment, and technology sectors.
Before Recruit CRM, Ajay served as an officer in the Indian Army, worked as General Manager at Randstad India, and later became CEO of ADP India. At Recruit CRM, he has played a key role in establishing the systems and processes behind the company’s global growth.
Ajay is a graduate of the National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy, holds an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, and is a CFA charterholder. He is also part of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management program.
