Adam L’Esperance

Adam is a Founding Member and Partner of Long Ridge Partners. Beginning his Investment Management career in 1998, Adam spent 3 years with Deutsche Asset Management. In 2001, he joined Citco Fund Advisors, the Fund of Hedge Funds division of Citco Group. After two years at Citco Fund Advisors, Adam joined Michael Goodman at Jay Stevens Associates where he helped to build out the firm’s Alternative Investment recruiting practice. He founded Long Ridge Partners with Michael Goodman in 2004. Adam’s recruiting experience has centered around Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Diversified Alternative Investment Managers across such disciplines as Research, Trading, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Marketing, and Infrastructure.

Adam received his BS in Economics and Finance from State University, College at Oneonta.
