RecoveryOne Hires Bill Meehan as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Sales

(April 13, 2020)  RecoveryOne, a leading innovator in evidence-based solutions that personalize and improve the path to recovery from musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, today announced that Bill Meehan has been hired as the company’s executive vice president of enterprise sales. With nearly 25 years of sales leadership experience in health insurance, healthcare innovation, and Medicare delivery, Meehan brings a track record of growth and an entrepreneurial approach to the RecoveryOne team.

In his previous role, Meehan served as chief sales officer for HPOne, a digital Medicare marketing, brokerage, and outsourced Medicare sales company. Prior to HPOne, Meehan was a sales leader with Eliza Corporation, and spent 16 years working at Cigna and Aetna in ascending roles across account management, sales, and national account management.

“Bill’s strong track record of profitable growth and proven leadership ability make him an excellent addition to our leadership team,” said Mark Luck Olson, RecoveryOne’s CEO. “RecoveryOne is at a pivotal point in its history. With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and resulting recommendations to shelter in place, people with MSK conditions need a way to reduce their pain, increase their ability to function, and effectively manage their conditions and prevent them from progressing. We’re very happy to have Bill join our team during this uncertain time to help us plot the shortest path to getting consumers the services they need.”

“As the need for remote health services increases, RecoveryOne is well-positioned to see higher adoption of its solution,” said Meehan. “The way physical therapy and recovery is delivered is ripe for innovation. At a time when both work and life have gone remote, companies and health plans must still effectively manage the health and well-being of their employees and members. With the COVID-19 health crisis, it’s even more critical than before to leverage innovative solutions to keep people out of hospitals and on a path to recovery. RecoveryOne supports that goal, so I’m excited to partner with organizations and help them adapt to our new collective reality.”
