Quest Diagnostics Appoints VP Total Rewards from Search Led by Hanold Associates

Quest Diagnostics has appointed Noreen Farrell as Vice President of Total Rewards & HRIS. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Katrina Prospero led the New Jersey based search.

Noreen Farrell joins Quest from leadership positions at Conduent Inc. and Tyco (acquired by Johnson Controls). Reporting to the Senior Vice President and CHRO at Quest, Ms. Farrell will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of enterprise compensation programs, financial benefits (non-wellness programs) and HRIS systems, supporting the company’s 46,000 employees. She will drive the development and implementation of strategies and will partner with the senior management and compensation teams to build an understanding of world-class practices.
