President Search for 100-Year Old CPG Company in Northern California

100-year-old branded dairy company in Northern California required a seasoned marketing executive to revitalize their legacy brand and expand distribution from a regional to a national scale. The company sought an individual with a track record of managing the P&L of a complex business with a diverse product portfolio. The President would be required to develop and execute a strategy to enhance brand and margin growth in addition to bolstering the capabilities of the senior leadership team while fostering an atmosphere of collaboration across the organization.
