Pella Appoints Senior Manager, Change Management from Search by Hanold Associates

Pella has appointed Cara Doud as Senior Manager, Change Management. Hanold Associates’ Sonia Nagra, Jordan Blackmon and Adam Watson led the Pella, Iowa based search.

To support Pella’s continued growth, both organically and through M&A activity, the company has created a center of excellence (CoE) for change management. As Senior Manager, Change Management, Cara will build and lead the CoE, implementing strategies that help Pella further accelerate its growth, drive operational excellence, and build its talent advantage. In this role, Cara will report directly to Vice President of Enterprise Transformation Mike Van Voorst. Prior to joining Pella, Cara served as North America Regional Change Manager at Bayer.
