Pearl Street Welcomes Shari Berenson as Director of Search Operations

Pearl Street, the search firm with purpose, welcomes industry leader Shari Berenson to its growing team. Shari will oversee day to day search operations for the firm, keeping the team seamlessly connected and focused on shared goals, while helping to ensure an exceptional journey for clients and candidates.

Shari’s extensive experience across healthcare, higher education, and a variety of for-profit industries gives her the ability to provide exceptional value in diverse settings. She brings with her a deep knowledge of executive search practices paired with strong organizational and leadership skills that encompass search operations, business operations, sales, and executive support. A true catalyst for growth, Shari approaches her work with a service mindset, finding fulfillment in empowering others and helping them achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Pearl Street, Shari served as Director of Sales & Business Operations at Kirby Bates Associates, a recognized leader in healthcare executive search, where she directed day-to-day activities for the executive search business line inclusive of business development, contract development, and search operations. Recognized as a critical asset to the organization, her leadership extended to overseeing aspects of recruitment, training, and the supervision of the search operations team, while working closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives.

Over the course of her career, Shari has held operational and administrative positions with several leading search firms as well as executive assistant roles in healthcare, technology, and higher education. In this work, she managed high-level administrative functions, complex project management, demanding schedules, and executive communications.
