Pam Attinger works with private equity, growth equity, and Fortune 500 companies on critical talent and leadership issues. She is a managing director in the San Francisco office and leads the global private capital practice within the technology sector. She is also a member of the CEO advisory partners team where she advises boards on CEO succession planning and recruitment, and board succession planning and refreshment. Pam serves as a board member with Deep Lake Capital.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Pam spent nine years at Visa in senior leadership positions, including global head of innovation and hlobal head of mobile. Emily Azevedo, Partner and Head of Talent – Mainsail Partners

Emily Azevedo is a partner and the head of talent at Mainsail Partners. She joined Mainsail in 2016 and works predominantly on portfolio talent needs, including executive recruiting, leadership development, compensation and assessment.

Prior to Mainsail, Emily spent eight years in executive search, most recently at Heidrick & Struggles as an engagement manager in the global technology & services practice focused on executive level placements for venture capital and private equity backed portfolio companies.

Emily began her career in management consulting, where she engaged on several US-based cross-continental projects in India, China, Hong Kong and Brazil. She moved to São Paulo, Brazil and lived in South America for five years working in executive search across a variety of industries. Ashley Day, Operation Partner, Talent – FFL Partners

Ashley Day, PhD, joined FFL in 2021. Ashley works closely with FFL’s portfolio companies advising them on all aspects of talent management including recruiting, compensation, succession planning, retention, team building, and performance management. Prior to joining FFL, Ashley was chief talent officer for an NYC-based mid-market private equity firm. In this role, Ashley was responsible for the overall strategy for human capital development and talent assessment across the portfolio and at the fund level. Earlier in her career, Ashley was a member of the leadership and succession practice at Russell Reynolds Associates in New York. At Russell Reynolds, Ashley worked on a range of leadership assessment, development, team effectiveness and succession planning assignments for senior executives.

Aaron Mitchell Finegold, Chief Marketing Officer – Kingsley Gate

Aaron Mitchell Finegold is the chief marketing officer of Kingsley Gate. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s full-funnel marketing strategy, all external communications, and investment in business-critical capabilities such as experimentation, marketing automation, and measurement. Aaron brings over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, customer insights, user acquisition, and design thinking to Kingsley Gate. His experience driving innovation across both technology and professional services companies makes him uniquely qualified to lead Kingsley Gate’s marketing efforts.

Dan Grosh is an operating partner at Diversis Capital. He focuses on talent strategy, enhancing leadership teams and special projects for Diversis and the firm’s portfolio. Dan had played a significant role at Calibre One. He served on the global operating committee with responsibility for management, vitality and scale of the US operations, while driving record revenue growth during his tenure. Previously, Dan was the technology practice leader – americas region for Boyden, one of the largest retained executive search firms in the world.

Dan is an advisor to Cortado Group, the leading GTM advisory firm focused on optimizing revenue intelligence, revenue operations, product, pricing, sales, marketing, and customer success. Suzanne Heske joined SPMB in 2019 and leads the firm’s investment practice. As GV’s executive talent partner, Rhys Hughes leads executive talent initiatives, advising founders on organizational growth and scale and leveraging a global network. He is a natural connector and has spent his career partnering with global brands as they aggressively scale.

Before GV, Rhys was the chief talent officer for the startup Rubrik, where he helped build an executive team and led talent management including talent acquisition, people development, and DE&I. Previously, Rhys spent nine years at Adobe, where he ran global recruiting teams. He also spent his earlier years successfully building one of Asia Pacific’s leading recruiting brands through acquisition.

Dror Karidi, Managing Director – Oaktree Capital Management

Dror Karidi is a managing director in Oaktree Capital Management’s portfolio transformation team and specializes in driving commercial and operational performance improvement initiatives, including turnarounds, collaboratively with management teams. Before joining Oaktree in 2018, he was a general manager at United States Steel, president and CEO of Alasko Foods and senior director of pricing and operational strategy at U.S. Foods. Prior thereto, he worked at McKinsey & Company where he served companies in the industrial, agricultural, chemical, technology and logistics sectors. Earlier in his career, Dror served as an attorney focused on corporate, labor and real estate law. Additionally, he served in the Israel Defense Forces, Intelligence Corps. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and an LL.B. and a B.A from Tel-Aviv University.

Anthony Keizner, Managing Partner – Odyssey Search Partners

Anthony Keizner is a managing partner at Odyssey Search Partners in New York. He has been involved with buyside talent for fifteen years. He oversees Odyssey’s recruiting and consulting work, that includes team build-outs, organizational design, and compensation structures. He has experience supporting numerous world-class firms to hire exceptional talent in roles such as investment leads, HR heads, IR/marketing heads and positions across deal teams. Anthony is the chief writer of Odyssey’s regular thought-pieces on topics including impact investing, diversity hiring, and compensation trends. Before joining Teamalytics, Rohan was the business manager and a founding executive team member of Breakthrough, a leadership development company based in Bangalore, India. Rohan led the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan and oversaw all aspects of operations. As part of the Breakthrough consulting team, Rohan developed and delivered workshops extensively across India, as well as Egypt, Slovakia, the United States, Singapore, and Sri Lanka. He continues to serve Breakthrough as a member of the board.

Rohan has extensive global experience, having led and worked with teams in the United States, Australia, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Mike Silverstein is Managing Partner and Executive Search Leader of DRI’s Healthcare IT Division & Life Sciences Practice. He also leads DRI’s efforts in recruiting for 30+ top PE and VC portfolio companies. In 2014, Mike was inducted into The Pinnacle Society, the nation’s premier consortium of top recruiters within the direct placement and search industry. Katie Solomon is managing director, talent management at Genstar Capital. She works across the firm’s portfolio to help drive growth through the identification, assessment and acquisition of talent. Katie brings experience in recruiting, investor relations, finance and consulting to her role at the firm.

Prior to joining Genstar in 2011, Katie was vice president, human capital and investor relations at Vector Capital. Previously, she worked in executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates where she focused on recruiting senior level executives to private equity and venture backed companies.
