PE-backed Covis Pharma Appoints Chief HR Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Covis Pharma, a leading, global specialty pharmaceutical company backed by Apollo Global Management, has appointed Martin Cepeda as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Hanold Associates’ Partners Mayank Parikh and Katrina Prospero led the search.

Based in Zug, Switzerland, with operations in Amsterdam, Canada and the United States, Covis markets therapeutic solutions for patients with life-threatening conditions and chronic illnesses. The company has a global sales presence with products sold in 55 markets.

Martin most recently served as Head of Human Resources, Europe Oncology for AstraZeneca. He joins Covis during an exciting inflection point in its history and will help shape a world-class culture that can support the company’s ambitious plans.
