Occam Places Glenn S. Vraniak as CFO of eGenesis

In June 2026, Occam successfully recruited Glenn S. Vraniak as Chief Financial Officer of eGenesis, a biotechnology company developing a revolutionary xenotransplantation platform to address the global organ shortage.

‍Glenn brings more than two decades of financial leadership across the life sciences industry. Prior to joining eGenesis, he served as CFO of Inversago Pharma, where he helped lead the company’s growth strategy and eventual exit to Novo Nordisk in a transaction valued at approximately $1.1 billion. Former roles included executive positions at Evaxion Biotec and electroCore, where he executed multiple public market transactions and presided over strategic growth initiatives.

‍He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.
