Norman Broadbent Group appoints David Mahoney Move strengthens Executive Search team further

LONDON, UK, November 22, 2017 – The Norman Broadbent Group – an innovative provider of Leadership Acquisition & Advisory Services, comprising Board and Executive Search, Senior Interim Management, Research & Insight, Leadership Consulting & Assessment, and executive-level Recruitment Solutions – is pleased to announce the appointment of David Mahoney to its Executive Search Practice.

About David Mahoney: David has over 14 years of experience working for both boutiques and large international search firms. During this time, David has delivered work for clients across EMEA, APAC and The Americas where his sector coverage has centered on industries such as Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Power, Agribusiness, Mining, Construction and EPC. Mandates have ranged from C-Suite to general management, regional and country leadership, procurement, finance, operations, commercial, marketing and sales leadership. In addition to his work within search, David is an Executive Coach, a field in which he continues to study and practice.

David studied Psychology at Goldsmiths and has a particular interest in how coaching, psychometrics and specialist interview methodologies can increase the accuracy of hires post placement.
