Nigel Rughani Appointed as VP Corporate Development at Vertex, Inc.

Nigel Rughani joins Vertex, Inc. from AmeriHealth in Philadelphia, PA, where he served as Corporate Development Senior Director within the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Previously, he served as Corporate Development Senior Manager at TiVo. Prior he served as Corporate Development Senior Analyst at Jabil Circuit Inc. Nigel hold a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Economics from Harvard University.

Nigel is an experienced corporate development professional with demonstrated success creating firmwide merger and acquisition strategies. He brings to the role strong acquisition targeting, deal structing and execution experience along with financial modeling, forecasting and valuation expertise. As Vice President, Corporate Development at Vertex, Inc. he will partner with executive leadership and other key stakeholders in strengthening the company’s competitive position, driving growth and value creation over the long term, and proactively identifying potential strategic opportunities by building and expanding the presence of Vertex in its existing and growing ecosystem.
