NGS Global’s New Partner Strengthens Financial Services Practice

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, May 4, 2018 – NGS Global LLC, the Leadership Advisory firm delivering specialist Executive Search and Leadership Capability solutions globally, announced the addition of a new Managing Partner, Chris Pearce, who joins the firm’s Oceania team in Melbourne, Australia.

Mr. Pearce is a highly-experienced professional who brings together the rare combination of success and achievement at the highest levels of both the commercial and public sectors. His background aligns perfectly with the values-based approach of NGS Global to providing partner-led solutions across many different facets of business and industry, private and publicly listed businesses, education, government and not-for-profit organizations.

Since retiring from Parliament and returning to the corporate world, Mr. Pearce has held senior executive roles within the Telecommunications and ICT sector and served on commercial, government and not-for-profit boards. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at the St Vincent’s Institute of Medical Research.

Mr. Pearce has completed studies at Stanford University, Deakin University, Monash University and the Monash Mt Eliza Business School. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, Member of the Royal Victorian Association of Honorary Justices, Justice of the Peace, and a Member of the Royal School of Church Music.
