NGS Global Launches Dubai Office, Expanding Presence in Middle East

San Francisco, CA, September 4, 2018 – NGS Global LLC, a global executive search firm, announces the opening of an office in Dubai and the appointment of industry veteran Karla Dorsch as Managing Partner. Ms. Dorsch brings years of experience in the financial services industry and is a member of the firm’s Financial Services practice.

Prior to joining NGS Global, Ms. Dorsch served as CEO of Piedmont Ltd. – a boutique executive search firm that she founded more than 20 years ago, and which is based in London and the UAE.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Dorsch worked as a Regulatory and Policy Analyst at the New York Federal Reserve Bank concentrating on assessing the capital, assets, equity, liquidity and management of member banks. She then joined Merrill Lynch Investment Bank in London providing clients advice on their investment requirements and solutions.
