Nexa appoints former GoDaddy and HomeAway exec, Jeff Mosler, to Chief Executive Officer

Nexa, an industry-leading 24/7 virtual receptionist service provider, welcomes Jeff Mosler as its new Chief Executive Officer. For over 30 years, Nexa has been a leading provider of 24/7/365 virtual receptionist and client intake services to over 5,000 SMB companies across the US through its three brands: Nexa Receptionists, Alert Communications, and MainLine Telecommunications (collectively “Nexa”).

Mosler joins Nexa as a trusted leader with a relentless customer experience focus, passion for operational excellence, and drive for strong business results. He’s held global leadership roles across eCommerce, marketing, travel, and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Main Street Hub (acquired by GoDaddy), a marketing platform for local businesses. Prior to that, Mosler was the Chief Services Officer for HomeAway (acquired by Expedia). He was the General Manager – France and United Kingdom Services for Amazon and was also a Director of Supply Chain and Finance at Microsoft. He started his career as a Process Engineer at Exxon.

Mosler earned his BS in Economics, Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, and his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
