Newell Brands Retains Hanold Associates for Global Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Search

CHICAGO (Feb. 18, 2021) ― Newell Brands, a Fortune 500 manufacturer and distributor of consumer and commercial products, has retained Hanold Associates for its Global Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) search. Katrina Prospero, Sandra Peña and Neela Seenandan are leading the search for this Atlanta-based role.

Building on the company’s existing foundation, this leader will transition DI&B strategy to its next phase, embedding and integrating it into all talent programs and seamlessly weaving it into the Newell culture. Reporting to both CEO Ravi Saligram and SVP, Talent and Culture Samantha Charleston, this leader will build and maintain a multiethnic and gender diverse global workforce at Newell, influencing and advising senior leaders while working together to create and promote DI&B throughout the company.
