Newell Brands Appoints Head of Total Rewards from Search by Hanold Associates

Newell Brands has appointed Nick Brecker as Head of Total Rewards based in Atlanta. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold, Lisa Butkus and Mayank Parikh led the search.

Nick Brecker comes to Newell from Kimberly-Clark, Inc. where he served as Vice President, Global Rewards, Strategy & HR Operations. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer of Newell Brands, Steve Parsons, Mr. Brecker will be responsible for all compensation, benefits and wellness programs, and processes within the company with the goal of maximizing employee engagement and driving organizational profitability. He will oversee a team of Total Rewards professionals to develop, implement, communicate and administer a consistent strategy and action plan for the function, including base and variable pay, short and long term incentives, health and welfare plans, 401-k plans and retirement plans.
