NACD NJ Chapter Strengthens Board Leadership

NEW YORK, July 13, 2016 — The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the recognized authority on leading boardroom and corporate governance practices, has elected Thomas J. Fuller, Epsen Fuller Group CEO & Managing Partner, to serve as Independent Board Director. NACD’s mission is to advance exemplary board leadership. Their focus is on meeting the needs of their more than 17,000 members and helping them lead their boards with confidence.

AN NACD Certified Board Governance Fellow, Tom also serves as Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation and Nominating Governance committees of Tingley Rubber Corporation, Board Director and Americas Treasurer of the Association of Executive Search Consultants, and a former board director of IMD International Search Group.

Recently, Tom led a panel of board and diversity experts in NACD NJ’s dinner event entitled Unconscious Bias & Diversity 2.0. Tom also delivers “Building a High-Performance Board”seminar sessions as part of the NACD’s Small-Cap Forums in various cities across the US.
