Mullin Continues Building Outplacement and Career Coaching Leadership Team with Addition of Lawrence Avers

NEW YORK, January 20, 2015 — Mullin International, the premier provider of outplacement solutions and executive coaching, has named Lawrence Avers as Senior Vice President, Southeast Region. This newly created role is one of many indicators of the firm’s 30-year reputation for continuous growth and gaining market share in providing innovative and customized solutions that result in successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Mullin, Avers was Senior Vice President of Anthem Education and member of the executive leadership team with direct responsibility for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Training and Development. Before his promotion to that role, he was VP of Student Development where he successfully drove placement rates across a national footprint of 41 college campuses.

Avers’ background also includes roles as the SVP, South Florida for Lee Hecht Harrison where he provided outplacement and other human capital services for local, national and international clients. He holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
