MU is named one of Germany’s top 40 recruitment consultancies of 2026 by Handelsblatt

The Handelsblatt Research Institute has once again identified Germany’s top recruitment consultancies, and MU is keeping its place on the top 40 list for yet another year.

The ranking is based on an extensive study conducted by the Handelsblatt Research Institute together with The IQ Company. 311 companies were evaluated, and around 20,900 employee reviews as well as 52,000 opinions from executives and HR decision-makers.

Whilst doing the review, Handelsblatt also looked at how AI is reshaping executive search, including the rising demand for leaders with AI expertise and the changing methods recruitment consultancies use to identify and assess candidates.
