Celonis will use Mogul’s innovative Talent Acquisition Platform to source and hire the best and brightest candidates from Mogul’s pools of up to 430 million diverse candidates. Mogul’s software will allow Celonis to source more diverse candidates than ever before for each job requisition.
Many businesses are using Mogul’s platform as an alternative to mainstream talent acquisition systems because those communities generally have algorithms that favor non-diverse candidates in search results or limit the number of candidates who can be sought for a role. Additionally, Mogul’s patent-pending diversity filters allow recruiters to search for candidates by gender, ethnicity, disability status, veteran status, and other diverse characteristics.
