ATLANTA, GA – October 26, 2026 – Modern Executive Solutions today announced the appointment of Joan Rohs as Senior Partner, M1 Technology Community.

Joan joins Modern as the firm expands M1, its private, members-only executive communities, with a growing focus on bringing senior technology leaders into focused peer discussions and shared learning.

In her new role, Joan will lead the growth and development of M1’s Chief Technology Officer Community, including executive roundtables and member experiences. She will also help develop Modern’s Technology Leader Academy, designed to prepare the next generation of global technology leaders, and collaborate across the firm’s executive search and advisory practices

Joan brings extensive experience in business consulting, executive engagement, and building high-value peer communities. She joins Modern from ICONIQ, where she served as Partner. Previously, she spent 14 years at World 50 as Executive Director and Managing Director, convening global technology executives to exchange insights, navigate complex challenges, and explore emerging opportunities.
