Modern Executive Solutions Welcomes Bria Bass as Partner to Lead Growth of M1 Talent Community

ATLANTA, GA — August 3, 2026 — Modern Executive Solutions is pleased to announce that Bria Bass has joined the firm as Partner, where she will lead the continued growth and expansion of the M1 Talent Community across North America and Europe.

Bria brings more than 15 years of experience partnering with CEOs, CHROs, General Counsel, and executive leadership teams while building trusted executive communities that foster meaningful relationships, knowledge sharing, and leadership impact. In her role at Modern, she will focus on leading and expanding the M1 Talent Community by broadening member engagement and creating exceptional experiences that connect senior executives with one another and with the ideas shaping the future of leadership.

Prior to joining Modern, Bria spent nearly a decade at World 50, where she built and led executive communities serving chief human resources officers, general counsel, divisional CEOs, presidents, and other C-suite leaders from Global 1000 organizations and leading private equity-backed companies.

Known for her ability to cultivate trusted relationships and spark novel insights, Bria has built a career around bringing influential leaders together to solve complex challenges, exchange ideas, and accelerate organizational success.
