Millennium Trust Company Appoints Chief HR Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Millennium Trust Company, a leading fintech company providing retirement and investment solutions, has appointed Karyn DeFalco as Chief HR Officer. Hanold Associates‘ Sandra Pena, Sonia Nagra and Adam Watson led the search for this Chicago-based role.

Headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois, Millennium Trust Company (MTC) provides a range of comprehensive, tech-enabled solutions for employers, financial advisors, institutions and individuals. The company’s 1.8 million client accounts hold more than $31 billion in assets. Recently expanding to approximately 400 employees, MTC also recently received new backing from Abry Partners that will help it to continue growth.

Prior to joining MTC, Ms. DeFalco was a VP Human Resources at Echo Global logistics, where she was a strong utility player and contributor, led and enabled transformations and supported the integrations of numerous acquisitions. In her new role as CHRO, she will report directly to the CEO of MTC, Gary Anetsberger, partnering to align the company’s talent strategy to its business strategies.
