Michelli Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Michelli Weighing & Measurement has appointed Ryan Peters as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Jordan Blackmon led the Greater New Orleans area based search.

As Chief People Officer, Ryan will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, development and day-to-day execution of all human capital elements of Michelli’s business. Reporting to COO Joel McMullen, Ryan will serve as a member of the senior leadership team and play a key role in the continued growth and development of the business. Prior to joining Michelli, Ryan served as Human Resources Director at Marquette Transportation Company.

Michelli Weighing & Measurement is a leading test and measurement business providing calibration, maintenance, inspection and installation services and products for industrial weighing equipment, precision measurement devices and calibration equipment. Michelli services over 6,000 customers across various end-markets including transportation, recycling and waste, food and beverage, energy, aggregates, agriculture and manufacturing. In December of 2023, Summit Park, a lower middle market private equity firm, led a majority recapitalization of Michelli.
