McDermott + Bull Places Vice President, Bluerock

(March 14, 2022) McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Andrew Albano as Vice President at Bluerock. Andrew will be involved in the nationwide expansion of the firm’s portfolio across multiple strategies, including single family rental (SFR), multifamily, industrial, and other investment strategies. He will primarily be responsible for leading the execution of new transactions.

Andrew brings a decade of real estate investment and advisory experience. Prior to joining Bluerock, he served as Vice President with real estate private equity firm GTIS Partners. He began his career in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank in the real estate, gaming, lodging, and leisure group.

Bluerock is a rapidly growing alternative asset manager based in New York, with regional offices across the U.S. The company has approximately $9 billion in assets under management (AUM) across both private and public investment vehicles.
