With more than 15 years of experience in professional services organizations, Philip will be instrumental in partnering with clients to provide interim solutions that address transition, organizational flux, and growth within their companies.

With over 15 years in the human capital business, he has a strong background in assisting clients that require on-demand consulting resources to drive business expansion.

Philip has held impactful positions in business development and leadership within a number of firms. Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Philip served as a Vice President of Business Development with a national consulting firm, where he worked closely with clients to achieve interim and project-based talent solutions. He has also worked with Ernst & Young LLP, one of the Big Four accounting firms, and other reputable companies serving private, public, emerging, and enterprise clients across a multitude of industries.
