With over 10 years of experience in executive search, Aaron’s global executive network and deep expertise enables him to provide world-class talent for his clients’ most critical hires.

Aaron brings deep international experience providing C-Level talent in aerospace, aviation and airport services, general aviation, and the wider transportation landscape. Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Aaron served as a Partner at two large international search firms where he led their Aviation, Aerospace, + Defense Practice and recruited talent across North America, EMEA, and Asia filling niche executive roles in challenging locations.

Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Aaron served as a Partner at an executive search firm where he sourced and secured talent in the aerospace, aviation, transportation, and industrial space. His commitment to excellence is demonstrated through his incredible career growth, being promoted from Associate to Partner in just six years in his early executive search career. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sheffield and a Master of Arts in medical law and ethics from King’s College London.
