Material Appoints SVP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Search by Hanold Associates

CHICAGO (Mar. 9, 2021) ― Material, a modern marketing services company, has appointed Kiva Wilson as Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). Sandra Peña, Sonia Nagra and Keri Gavin led the search for this Los Angeles-based role.

Wilson comes to Material from Paradigm and prior to that, Facebook, where she served in various DE&I and talent management roles. In the newly created role of SVP of DE&I, Wilson will be the key leader focused on establishing, evolving and leading DE&I efforts across the company. Reporting directly to CEO Dave Sackman, she will serve as a member of the company’s executive leadership team, working to create an environment of awareness, acceptance and allyship throughout Material.
