Mary Morand Joins Gilman Partners to Lead New Talent Advisory Practice

CINCINNATI, OH, July 10, 2017 — Gilman Partners has hired talent management executive Mary Morand to lead its newly formed Talent Advisory Practice.

Morand brings more than thirty years of leadership development and talent management experience to her new role. Most recently she served for nine years as Senior Vice President of Leadership and Talent Management for U.S. Bank, where she also worked as the Chief Learning Officer. She served as Vice President, Performance Improvement and Training for Star Bank and Vice President, Training and Development for Banc One Corporation. Morand understands the leadership challenges of building high-performance teams and will focus on guiding leaders to develop their potential.

For nearly 40 years, Cincinnati-based Gilman Partners has identified, recruited, and placed top leaders for clients throughout the Midwest as a retained executive search firm. Now, in addition to finding great talent, Gilman Partners’ new Talent Advisory will help clients maximize business results by providing strategic talent services. Morand earned her Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications/Advertising from Indiana University and her Master of Education in Executive Human Resource Development from Xavier University. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and active in United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
