Marlin Hawk Appoints Senior Consultant in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO, April 26, 2016 — Leadership advisory firm Marlin Hawk has appointed Chris Crowe as senior consultant in its San Francisco office. Crowe will provide talent management and executive search services to West Coast tech clients and, as a strategic partner to the firm’s New York operation, will use his cross-industry and cross-functional experience to support clients in other sectors.

Crowe has 15 years’ experience in the retained executive search business. His previous role was associate partner at Bialla Associates, handling C-level roles in technology, consumer electronics and consumer products. Prior to that he was an independent consultant and a senior associate at Korn Ferry, where he focused on investment banking, asset management, capital markets, risk management and insurance. Earlier in his career he worked for boutique search firms involved in financial services, commerce and industry.

Crowe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University in political science with a focus on international relations. Originally from Liverpool, NY, he currently resides in Mill Valley, CA.
