Managing Partner At Global Executive Search Firm Defines Great Leadership

PHILADELPHIA, PA, January 5, 2018 – Miramar Global Executive Search Consultants LLC, a leading global search firm, recently held a Leadership Forum in London to discuss the topic, ‘How Do Leaders Create A High Performance Organisation.’ As a result of this debate John Hodge, US based Managing Partner at Miramar Global, has offered his opinion on the subject.

On 29th November 2018 the firm the firm partnered with Elite Performance Partners to hold the Leadership Forun at 6TH@SOHO on Broadwick Street in Soho, London. The Forum aimed to give industry professionals the opportunity to discuss and debate the topic of how leaders can create a high performance organisation.

After much debate the panellists and audience came to the agreement that people are the most important factor. They suggested that to achieve a high performance organisation the people within the company must share a common vision, goal and purpose.
